Protection of Hosted Information
TopGoal makes backups of hosted content. However, we cannot be held responsible for accidental loss or deletion of user data. Additionally, we cannot guarantee full restoration of deleted data if the user has altered or removed it after the last backup.
Unless a specific backup service is contracted, data recovery is not included in the service. If a user requests data recovery, a fee will be determined based on the complexity and volume of data restoration, subject to the user’s approval.
Data recovery is only included if the data loss is due to an error attributable to TopGoal.
Commercial Communications
Under the Dutch General Data Protection Regulation (AVG) 2018, TopGoal will not send advertising or promotional messages via email or other electronic means without prior consent.
For users with a previous contractual relationship with TopGoal, we may send commercial communications related to products or services similar to those initially purchased.
Users can opt out of receiving further commercial communications at any time by contacting Customer Support.
